  • Open Settings > System > Apps & Features and then click on the Application which you want to uninstall.

Disconnect All the External Hardware

So after cleaning all the files from your Windows 10 , Upgrade your Windows by using the Windows Update tool. If you want to update by using the Bootable Media then you need to use Media Creation Tool on your Windows 10 System.
